Analysis

 

Student Data Analysis allows selected staff members to create and run custom reports on students for the topics of Attendance, Discipline, Evaluations, Grades, Ranking/GPA, Skills/Standards, Testing and Transfers.  These reports allow the school to bring together data on students into one report where it can be analyzed by administration or used to design specialized curriculum for students at all levels of learning.

 

 

Analytics

 

Use this program to view and activate Analytic Ranges. An “analytic range” is a table with different levels of numeric values that can have a specific color tied to each level. Analytic Ranges allow the color-coded range of values to create infographics which assist in visually analyzing different data points in the system.
