In conjunction with the Food Services module, our SIS can alert you to food allergies in the cafeteria line. Parents can download medical forms via the Family Portal. Realtime has the ability to track nurse’s visits and spot trends that might point to serious problems or behavioral issues. It gives teachers and administrators health information that can effectively and immediately affect student progress.
Among the key features are Nurse’s Visit Log, Medical Alerts for Allergies and Other Medical Concerns, Screenings with Follow-Up Reminders, Log Administration of Medications, Track Immunizations, Physical Exams and easy access to Emergency Contacts.
I still get vendors calling me up. I tell them, don't even start pitching me - I have no interest. I use the best product that's out there today there’s no reason to bring you in. They ask me, what are you using? I say Realtime. And they say, oh, OK, like there's no reason to even continue speaking to me if I already found Realtime.
With only two days before my retirement, I want to sincerely thank EVERYONE in the RealTime family for all you have done for me to talk me through all of my questions and issues throughout the past 10 years as Guidance Head in Cliffside Park. I have never worked with more professional and wonderful people. I am grateful that I got the opportunity to get to know some of you in that time. I wish you all well.
Our needs are met on a daily basis by a pleasant, competent staff who are always willing to go above and beyond. Realtime is great and easy to use. We have been with Larry Ullman for 17 years even before Realtime.
I would like to suggest that you look into Realtime. We use this at several school districts including Manchester Regional, Harrington Park, Prospect Park, North Haledon, Wanaque, and Haledon Public. Realtime only services NJ school districts and caters specifically to NJ reporting including and especially NJSmart.

Whenever I call the Customer Support Center they have gone out of their way many times and have always come through for us. It is so nice to know that you can count on someone to follow through.
