PDP/CEC

Professional Development Plan (PDP)

Includes a district-maintained library of PDP goals (Individual, building and district level) that staff can select when creating their PDPs. When used in conjunction with our CEC module, staff can select CEC entries to be used as evidence when submitting their PDP results. The district’s typically setup time frames (date windows) for staff to submit their PDPs, revisions, and results. The entire process is paperless, with internal (or email) notices and reminders. PDPs are also linked to our staff evaluation module.

Continuing Educations Credits (CEC)

Includes district-maintained settings for CEC types and cycles. CEC entry is permission-based allowing staff to enter their own CEC (with attachments if necessary) that may or may not require administrative review. Additional permissions are available to allow admin (or support staff) to mass enter activities such as facility meetings or in-service workshops. The entire process is paperless, with internal (or email) notices and reminders. CECs are also linked to our staff evaluation module.
