I would like to suggest that you look into Realtime. We use this at several school districts including Manchester Regional, Harrington Park, Prospect Park, North Haledon, Wanaque, and Haledon Public. Realtime only services NJ school districts and caters specifically to NJ reporting including and especially NJSmart.
