Data Sharing
We are amazed that other SIS vendors charge an annual fee for customizations to allow you to use your data. Some even encrypt your data so you cannot access it without their billable cooperation! Not Realtime – we include exports, and in addition, when you need an export or import, we will provide it. We recognize that the data in your Student System is your data. It has been collected and organized to serve the needs of your district. Your information should be easily connected to other systems when needed.

We currently have been using all of the available modules for over 3 years now. This has both saved us a considerable amount of money as well as vertically integrated student and staff record keeping. NJSMART and federal/state submissions are (literally) as easy as running a report of existing data in their system.
I would like to suggest that you look into Realtime. We use this at several school districts including Manchester Regional, Harrington Park, Prospect Park, North Haledon, Wanaque, and Haledon Public. Realtime only services NJ school districts and caters specifically to NJ reporting including and especially NJSmart.
Having worked with both PowerSchool, Genesis, and Realtime there is no comparison. Realtime, for just the reporting, customer service and technical support blow the doors off the competition. In my opinion, it is the best out there.
