Realtime is excited to become part of the Harris Family!

Harris, a global vertical market software provider and acquirer, adds to its education portfolio with the acquisition of Realtime Information Technology, Inc. (Realtime), a US-based education software provider.

Founded in 2001, Realtime provides a comprehensive student information system and special education solutions to New Jersey school districts. Co-founders, Kenton Nice and Larry Ullman, mention, “ Throughout the acquisition process, Harris surpassed our expectations and we’re confident about our decision and the future of Realtime.”

Realtime will join the Harris Education Solutions portfolio (HES), which provides software to students, parents, teachers, and administrators across North America.
