All system functions, Student Demographics, Attendance, Grading, Discipline, Medical, Special Education Management/ IEP Writer, 504, I&RS, Grade Book, Plan Book, and Food Services share a single database. When the district registers a student, all basic information is immediately available to all users and modules. Data flows seamlessly from one module to the next. An assignment in the Plan Book automatically posts to the Grade Book Parent and Student Portals. A food allergy posted by the nurse automatically triggers a restriction on the Cafeteria Point of Sale. The Special Education Management Module/IEP Writer streamlines all functions of the process. From referral through evaluation, IEP development, tracking student progress, and reevaluation, appropriate teachers are involved, case managers have control and supervisors can monitor progress through the system. Parents and Students can have web-based secure access to district-defined data with Realtime’s Parent and Student Portals. Realtime guarantees compliance with all State and Federal reporting requirements and, through our internet-based servers, can literally stay up to the minute with these tasks. Our system automatically prepares SMART, ASSA, and other State and Federal reports for your up to date student data.

Having worked with both PowerSchool, Genesis, and Realtime there is no comparison. Realtime, for just the reporting, customer service and technical support blow the doors off the competition. In my opinion, it is the best out there.
